Grimace is a porn star

We were eating at Mcdo Road20 yesterday and I saw Grimace painted on the wall

A question popped-out on my head

If hamburglar is a hamburger and birdie the early bird a chicken, what the hell is grimace?!

and why on earth grimace doesn't wear anything?!

I asked the supervisor in charged and she told me that Grimace is representing milk shakes...coool!

I checked the website also:

According to the McDonald's website:

Grimace is a big, loving, fuzzy purple fellow who is Ronald McDonald's best friend. He's sure Ronald is the world's ultimate authority on everything. While Grimace loves all McDonald's foods, he's absolutely crazy about milkshakes. Grimace is very enthusiastic and eager to try new things. His joyous spirit helps everyone overlook the fact he's a little slow and clumsy sometimes.

but he's still naked!

PSP 2.80 firmware is here!

The new firmware version [2.80] for the PSP is here!

Here is a direct quote from

• [With the RSS channel], it corresponded to the download of the animated picture contents and the picture contents.
• [With the location free prayer], the equipment register by way of the wireless LAN access point became possible.

• The extension reached the point where the AAC file “of .3gp” can be played back.

• It corresponded to the contents which are retained in “MUSIC” of the “memory stick duo”, “PICTURE” and “the VIDEO” folder. (I don’t really know what this means.)

•Following ones were added to the game trial version which can be downloaded in the “memory stick duo”.
“[tamaran]” trial version download page (to 2006 August 31st 18 o’clock):

NOTE: 2.80 does not have homebrew capabilities, So if you are in love with homebrew DO NOT upgrade to 2.80!

Someone is using my name and trademark

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. But hey, an impostor is acting up on AMA and he/she used my name so that Julie will get mad at me....again.

Pearl told me (in not a friendly manner) that what am I thinking, putting something like "Nasa Siopao Ang Lakas" and drawing a siopao on Julie's TBI

I tried to reason out but she wouldn't listen (as expected).

Anyway, who ever you are, you better copy me good because only one Siopao Master is needed here

My computer was on the ICU for the past few days

My power supply got fried and I have myself a KFPC, Kentucky Fried PC

Luckily I have my ps2 and psp to get through the dark times

Pirates, storms and taxis

Yesterday, all the students were so happy because classes was suspended.

President GMA declared that the classes on all levels was suspended yesterday and today due to heavy rain and deep floods across the nation. I texted my little sister that I was heading to SM North. luckily, she's heading there, and also my mom, yipee. We decided to take a lunch on SM foodcourt and to my suprise, students flock the whole foodcourt. I even saw my students, the section YB to be exact. My family and I ate lunch and went ahead to watch Pirates of the Caribbean : Dead Man's Chest.

All I can say is, the movie is awesome. So awesome I hated the ending. It's like the feeling of being cheated and decieved. Hehehe no spoilers here mate. Just watch and learn how two hours is not long enough for this movie. Anyway, we went shopping and strolling after the movie, still strucked by the damn ending, We decided to call it a day and look for a taxi. If the events weren't enough, the name of the taxi we got has a uncanny coincidence to someone I tried to forget, but couldn't. Damn destiny, damn fate.

This is the name of the taxi:

Step by step 2.5 / 2.6 Downgrader Guide

Before downgrading, make sure you meet the following requirements
Your PSP is not a TA-082 (If you do have this PSP version, it may result in a brick).
Your PSP hs been upgraded at least once

How to tell if you are using a TA-082 motherboard on your PSP?

Let's get started:

1.5 User

Download the 1.50 helper ( … /catid/151 )

Once downloaded

1) Copy the folders downhelper and downhelper% from the folder 1.50 HELPER folder to /PSP/GAME/ in your memstick.
2) Obtain the 1.50 update and put it in /PSP/GAME/UPDATE in your memstick. Get it here ( )
3) Init the downhelper program.
4) It will dump your flash and some files from the updater eboot to the memstick.
5) After that, the program will exit. You can now delete the updater from /PSP/GAME/UPDATE
6) You'll notice that you have a new folder in the root of your memstick called "DOWNDATER".
7) That's the folder you'll have to send to a 2.50/2.60 to let him test the downgrade.

2.5 / 2.6 User

If you have a 2.5 psp download this file ( )

If you have a 2.6 psp download this file ( )

Once downloaded

1) Copy the folder the DOWNGRADER/2.50/DOWNDATERTEST if you have 2.50 or DOWNGRADER/2.60/DOWNDATERTEST if you have 2.60 to /PSP/GAME/ in your memstick
2) Wait for someone with 1.50 to pass you a folder called DOWNDATER and copy it to the root of your memstick.
3) Init GTA and the eLoader (Search if you do not know how to install the eLoader)
4) In the eLoader menu, choose the downdater test. WARNING: the program won't output any display and any warnings, it will init the downgrader process inmediatelly.
5) You'll see that your memstick flashing. That means that your psp is being flashed from the memstick.
6) You won't see any type of output in the screen (this is for safety). When the memstick finishes of flashing, WAIT at least a minute, and then reinit your psp by holding the power button.
7) That's all. If all went right, you'll have 1.50. If it went less good, you'll still have 2.50/2.60. If all went wrong, you'll have a bricked psp(except in the case you have the modchip) Remember that you have accepted that risk.
8) If your PSP is showing up as v2.01, this is fine. Just use Wab Version Changer and change it to v1.50

How to tell your PSP version before you buy

When going out to get a new PSP this christmas finding a 2.0 or below can be harder then expected.

As with the Playstation 2 there are a few different ways to find the version of your console before making a purchase. The first thing you need to be concerned about is the barcode on the box. Look for PSP-1001 K. The variable PSP-100x can be different, depending on where you live. Below that you will see the 120V branding, and below that a letter. Sony keeps track internally of which system is which by a letter code near the bottom of the psp box.

No Letter = 1.50 (North-American release) Confirmed
A = 1.50 Confirmed
B = 1.51 Confirmed
C = 1.52 Confirmed
D = 1.52 Unconfirmed (multiple version reports)
E = 1.52 Confirmed
F = 2.00 Confirmed
G = 2.01 Confirmed
H = 2.50 Confirmed

A note on the Giga Packs: While many report to have received 2.0 PSP's with the Giga Pack, many are now receiving 2.01's or above.

Stay away from those overpriced "1.50" circling our local malls. P17,000 is their price but they will sell you with "downgraded" versions which can be bought a cheaper.

WoW Philippines!

No it's not the campaign of Dick Gordon, it's World of Warcraft on Philippine servers!

Vivendi and Blizzard Entertainment are eyeing a local release of their best selling MMORPG World of Warcraft. But the question is, who would be the local distributor of this game? Will it achieve the success of the international server? What would be the price and billing scheme? As we all know, the game itself cost around P3000 and the prepaid cards around P2000 for 60 days. Now all we can do is wait and pray.

Buying your way to victory?

I know it's been part of the online gaming community to buy and sell items online and offline (i.e. gold, items and characters). But is it worth every peso?

Here in the Philippines, Ragnarok Online is the most popular MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). Many gamers spent their days in the pvp room or defending their castles during guild sieges. But the highlight of Ragnarok is its economy runned by real money. Php to Zennies or vice versa, cards, equipments. Even top-up cards. Every inch of pRO can be bought in real money. For me, this kind of economy ruins the essence of the game. pRO's philosophy is "Money over hard work" My P8000 versus your 3 months of non stop gaming. These reasons made me quit the game I used to love. The once challenging gameplay of pRO and the bonding of fellow gamers were all gone now thanks to money and corruption of game masters. Why do these players buy lots and lots of zennies anyway? Are they having a college pension plan for their characters? Planning a retirment benefit for themselves? That's just online money! All I can say is, "The whole point of playing a game is to waste time, not to be honorable"

Anyway, My current favorite game Guild Wars has also a "black market" for trading online stuff

Guild Wars skills and attributes
Guild Wars gold

Play like a real gamer you sissies!

Teh Geek Shall Inherit teh Earth

I watched recently a show on ABS-CBN, the title was Gudtaym, and the show is all about humor and fun. Though there is one portion I didn't like, and that is GEEK-Q

That portion insulted the geekiness inside of me. Come on, you call those people geeks? According to the show, Geeks are synonymous to "baduys". Geeks are not friggin' baduys you idiots. Geeks are the those people who "knows" more than regular humans. Bill Gates is a geek, not Giselle Sanchez! Actors and actresses are not geeks to begin with. They are fashonistas and coƱotics, the oppossite of being a geek. GEEK-Q is a game where old songs or commercials were being played and the supposed to be geeks will guess the song or answer a lame question that even a non-geek can answer. Geeks are those people who will react on the background musics that ABS-CBN usually play on their shows "Those are songs from Final Fantasy!". GEEK-Q gives a bad impression on geeks because they are showing the public a wrong image of a geek. BTW, I never had a girlfriend, because those damn whores think I'm a geek, Screw those bitches.
