Switched to Bayan DSL


I've been using PLDT myDSL for almost 3 years now, and I'm fed up with their lousy service. Goodbye PLDT hello Bayan! (formerly known as Bayantel)

Why the change of heart? Well, for starters, PLDT's customer service support more specifically their call center, really suck bigtime. Customer satisfaction maybe is not part of their mission and vision. Their call center agents' IQ really bothers me and their technical service really needs to speed things up. Enough of that, I've been enduring that for 3 years and enough is enough. Heck, even the process of disconnecting my PLDT myDSL really is a pain. First, I've been going to their center at the SM North Edsa Cyberzone and they're offline like what? for a damn week! Finally I had a chance to settle things up last April 7 but there is no customer support, because what? It's a damn holiday! I went to Bayan and they have a customer support EVEN on holidays. I went to PLDT again yesterday and they don't want to disconnect my line unless I surrender their modem and cords. They should have freaking told me that before!!! I really hate their service
