Using my Logo without consent

I was playing myRO when I saw a guild named JumboPao, with my logo "Siopy" as their emblem

I tried talking to their guild master but he's not online always. The thing is, "Siopy" has a creative common license based on my deviantART. Now you might say that it's uploaded on the internet, everyone can steal it! That is why my work is on a creative common license so that people cannot steal it. Also, their "piracy" of my emblem is poorly done. Oh well, imitation IS the sincerest flattery.
